Burlington, VT (January 22, 2013) – Vermont added to its position as the largest U.S. domicile in 2012, licensing 32 new captives and bringing the state’s total to 984. The domicile has 588 active captive insurance companies. David Provost, the state’s Deputy Commissioner of Captive Insurance, noted that 28 of the 32 new licenses were pure captives.
If the past year is any indication, 2013 promises to bean eventful year for JLT Towner.
